A: Standard check-in time is 2pm, should you wish to check-in earlier although we cannot guarantee access we always endeavour to oblige.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, the office is open until 9pm but we are able to accommodate late check-in. Please assist us by advising if ETA is after 9pm.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes all rooms are non-smoking.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in the rooms.
A: Yes, complimentary WIFI is available for each room.
Q: Is there on site parking.
A: Designated parking at the door to each room.
Q: Do you have a Restaurant.
A: Yes we have a Restaurant on site. Open from Monday - Saturday.
Q: Do you have Room service.
A: Room service is available between the hours of 6pm-8pm, Monday - Saturday.
Q: Do you have a breakfast Dining Room.
A: No, however a full cooked breakfast can be delivered to your Room from Mondy - Saturday.
Q: How do I guarantee my reservation.
A: Credit card details or a bank transfer will secure a reservation.
Q: What is your cancellation policy.
A: Cancellations must be advised at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee.
Q: Do you have an outdoor area.
A: Yes we have a covered outdoor area with BBQ.
Q: Can we cook in our room.
A: No cooking allowed in any room, however we do have a microwave in some of our rooms for re heating meals only. Please ask when making your reservation.
